What happens to your feedback?

Your message is sent to Traviya for review and follow-up. It helps us identify unclear guidance, reported errors and topics that need better coverage. Your contact details allow us to ask for clarification or respond.

Feedback does not automatically become a public review or update a guide. Positive and critical feedback are both welcome; please share your own experience.

Feedback, enquiries and bookings

Traviya provides travel information, partner links and travel enquiry options. A partner may pay us a commission when you complete a qualifying action through an affiliate link. There is no separate Traviya fee for using these links; provider prices, taxes and terms apply.

Sending feedback does not make a booking, require a purchase or confirm an appointment. For accommodation help, use our Hotels page. Relevant vendors may receive your details when you request a travel service so they can respond.

For partner-link bookings, the third-party provider handles payments, cancellations, refunds and support. For direct enquiries, confirm availability, total cost, inclusions and cancellation terms with the provider before paying. A listing or affiliate link does not guarantee quality or availability.

If you request a meeting

Meetings depend on availability and require advance email confirmation. Explain the purpose of your request; do not assume an appointment is confirmed until you receive confirmation.

Any agreed meeting must be in a public place, such as a hotel reception, mall or café. Meetings are not held in hotel rooms.
