Traviya
Third-party & affiliate disclosure
Last updated: October 4, 2026
What Are Affiliate Links?
Some links on Traviya may point to partner websites for hotels, stays, travel experiences, transport, tours, tools, or related services. If a link is tracked as an affiliate link and you complete a qualifying action on the partner website, Traviya may receive a referral fee from the partner. You pay no extra Traviya fee for using these links. The provider's displayed prices, taxes and booking terms still apply.
Our Editorial Independence
Affiliate compensation is paid by the partner and does not add a separate Traviya fee to you. It does not buy a positive review, ranking, recommendation, or customer rating on Traviya. Destination guides and planning information are prepared separately from affiliate tracking. A partner link does not mean we have personally tested that provider or guarantee its quality, price, availability, safety, cancellation handling, or service.
Partner Programmes We May Use
We may participate in affiliate programmes operated by hotel booking platforms, accommodation providers, tour and activity operators, travel marketplaces, insurance providers, financial-service partners, or other relevant businesses. Where practical, affiliate relationships are disclosed on the relevant page or near the link.
User Responsibility
Before booking, buying, sharing personal details, or making a payment on a partner or third-party website, review that provider's current price, taxes, cancellation rules, refund policy, terms, privacy notice, and service conditions. The provider controls its own website, booking flow, payment process, support, and service delivery.
Disclosure Standards
We aim to disclose material affiliate relationships clearly and in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection principles, including disclosure expectations used by regulators and advertising standards bodies in India and other relevant markets.
No Booking or Service Guarantee
Traviya is an information and listing platform. We do not make bookings, collect travel-service payments, confirm prices or availability, operate partner services, or handle cancellations and refunds for affiliate partners. Any transaction made after following an affiliate link is between you and the relevant provider.
No Endorsement of Third Parties
The presence of an affiliate link does not constitute a warranty, certification, or endorsement of the linked product or service. Traviya is not responsible for any loss, dispute, service issue, pricing change, failed booking, refund problem, or inconvenience arising from your use of third-party products or services accessed through this website.
Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this Third-party & affiliate disclosure when partnerships, website features, advertising practices, or applicable requirements change. The date at the bottom of this page shows when this disclosure was last revised.
